इब्राहीम (उस्मानी साम्राज्य)

इब्राहीम (उस्मानी तुर्कीयाई: ابراهيم, तुर्कीयाई: İbrahim; 5 नवम्बर 1615 – 18 अगस्त 1648) 1640 से 1648 तक उस्मानी साम्राज्य के सुल्तान रहे। उनका जन्म क़ुस्तंतुनिया में हुआ था। उनके पिता अहमद प्रथम थे और उनकी माँ नस्लन यूनानी कौसम सुल्तान थीं, जिनका मूल नाम आनास्तासिया था।[1][2][3] उनकी ख़राब दिमाग़ी हालत की वजह से बीसवीं सदी के इतिहासकारों ने उनका नाम पागल इब्राहीम रखा।[4]

Many of these ladies of the harem were non-Muslim, for example Sultana Kosem (Anastasia), of Greek origin, who was the wife of Ahmet I (1603-17), and the mother of Murat IV (1623-40), and of Ibrahim (1640-8)
